Vision on sustainability
DPS is convinced that as an asset manager and pension administration organization, as well as an employer, we can play a role in making society more sustainable in a broad sense. It is our ambition, together with our pension fund clients, to make a positive contribution to people, the environment and society by proactively fulfilling our social responsibility through good governance, good employment practices and sustainable asset management.
Good governance
Strong governance, ethical business practices and prudent risk management that explicitly assesses sustainability scenarios are important building blocks to promote the sustainability of DPS and our pension fund clients.The Code of Conduct and Financial Oath or Promise that DPS has incorporated into its Integrity Policy serve as the foundation for high standards of integrity and ethics where DPS puts the client's interest ahead of any other interest at all times. Every employee of DPS is committed to these ethical standards.
