Pensions and communication

The focus of DPS is on the member of the pension funds we service. The service consists of a multitude of activities. We accompany members from the moment they join until they retire. We ensure that pension rights in the accrual phase are administered correctly and completely, the pension is paid out on time and correctly, and we ensure that open and transparent communication about pension rights takes place.We also support member employers with the administrative tasks associated with a comprehensive pension solution.

DPS also handles communications for the pension funds and explicitly advises on strategic communications policy. DPS is convinced that providing information, answering questions and resolving complaints contributes to the confidence of members in the pension sector in general and in the pension funds supported by DPS in particular. 

The executive processes that pension funds have entrusted to us are independently tested. To this end, we have introduced digital control testing which means that we are in control continuously and not only at specific audit moments. The results of this continuous testing are reported by external and internal auditors to our clients in the ISAE 3402 Type II assurance report, the assurance reports accompanying the basic member data and operational audit reports that we discuss openly and transparently with the pension fund boards.
